For a Project Leader we are looking for someone who has:
• a proven and strong project management and cost management skills • retailing experience preferably in a multichannel organization • knowledge of how to create and implement change initiatives and manage different stakeholders • the ability to take responsibility from start to end, achieve goals and keep deadlines • excellent leadership capabilities - ability to lead, coach and influence/challenge a large team of co-workers and colleagues • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships and to motivate others • the ability to prioritise and make decisions with speed and simplicity • the ability to take a holistic view of a global organisation and identify business opportunities accordingly
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
You are contributing to development and continuous improvement of the way of working in Establishment by:
• being accountable for the project budget and the delivery within time • taking a leading role in the commercial planning and build up activities for the pre-projects • documenting lessons learned through the project phases as well as a secure final report after the customer meeting point opening • working across different functions and lead people in different projects • cordinating the planning process with Group Expansion • leading positive change, and contribute to building a more unique, inclusive and accessible IKEA - guided by the People and Planet Positive commitments

Expansion acts upon business needs based on insights and optimize accessibility to enable maximum penetration of the country. Expansion is responsible for implementing our retailing concepts and securing that we fully utilise our assets in the new world of IKEA – all at lowest cost, with economy of scale and sustained profitability.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 3.690 (on fulltime base with an ALL-IN contractual agreement). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification.
