You are also responsible for ensuring that our products are in perfect condition and priced correctly at all times. • You support the implementation of the business plan in your store as well as the IKEA Food Action Plan. • You promote a Safety First Culture as well as training others to ensure routines and requirements are known and followed in daily operations. • You will support the Food Manager in leading/organizing the operations. • Other responsibilities include sales management, merchandise presentation, analysis and adherence to key performance indicators; ensuring IKEA standards are met in terms of product quality, ensuring guest satisfaction, motivating and evaluating your team's performance, assisting with inventories and preparing month-end closing and operations

For legal reasons we are obliged to indicate a minimum salary. For this fulltime position we offer you a minimum annual gross salary from € 40.320. For a perfect match, we are willing to pay more depending on your experience and qualification with an All-In contractual agreement.
