• Closely cooperates and supports MP teams in maximising income from non-leasing streams • Responsible for localising and implementing global approaches to non-leasing income streams as well as developing local concepts based on the MP strategy and customer needs • Together with Meeting Place Manager develops a non-leasing short-term and long-term sales plan • Maximises the income of the local MPs through income streams managed globally • Leads negotiations with partners as well as supports MPs in successful negotiation outcome upon the need • Shares best-practice in maximising the income and creating strong partnership in non-leasing income sales across local MPs • Responsible for making long-term analysis and forecasts on opportunities and risks in non-leasing income streams; develops risk mitigation plan upon the need • Ensures active selling and maximizing income from the existing non-leasing income streams • Promotes and develops partnership with the existing income streams and potentially new income streams • Actively cooperates with Marketing B2B to identify opportunities for sponsorship and cost-sharing initiatives • Develops and grows new and repeating business from content providers, agencies and advertising partners • Adjusts global guidelines and manuals from non-leasing income streams as well as develops and implements local procedures and instructions
