• Proven Tenant coordination or Project Management skills, with experience of large scale retail complex developments • >7 years’ experience of construction industry, preferably big shopping mall tenant coordination/management experience • Good understanding of commercial and financial principles; ability to view issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value • Good understanding of retailers needs and demands, both internationally and for the local market • Experience in multi-cultural and multi-lingual international working environment. • Prior oversea placement and cross border experience from different markets • Bachelor degree and above

Project Tenant Coordination Manager is responsible for managing the project tenant coordination team and managing coordination between tenants, service organization teams, project development and Meeting Place departments to ensure project success and opening on time • Lead, manage and support Project Tenant Coordination Team during development, delivery and opening/tenant turnover phase • Monitor the tenant’s project milestones in accordance with the lease and ensure highest project opening rate. • Maintain updates to common standardised procedures, specifications and manuals relating to all Tenant coordination matters. • Manage interface between Project, Real Estate, Service Organisation (e.g. Leasing) teams and tenants • Manage the Tenant component of the Handover process to Shopping Centre Team • Manage the tenant contributions versus budget • Conduct yourself in accordance with common policies & procedures.
