\n •\tKnowledge about customers’ living situations and retail trends in the different areas around the world as well as their needs, expectations and shopping behaviour
•\tExtensive knowledge about consumer and retail trends that influence home furnishing expectations and shopping behaviour
•\tKnowledge about market potential in existing and new
•\tBusiness knowledge and experience in developing businesses
•\tKnowledge of managing and leading teams
•\tKnowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision
•\tKnowledge of Ingka Group strategies, priorities and strategic expansion planning process
•\tKnowledge of how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in IKEA
•\tKnowledge of the IKEA retail and multichannel shopping experience
•\tKnowledge of how to set direction, create and
manage goals and plans and follow up on KPI
•\tProven advanced training in new retail solution or equivalent
•\tMinimum 5 years of experience of developing new businesses
•\tMinimum 3 years of experience in leading and influencing teams and managers
•\tExperience from managing change in a complex business environment
•\tExperience within Project Management
•\tGood knowledge and understanding of the whole IKEA Retail Establishment process (eg. Business Case, PDI, Project Design phase and Commercial Brief)
•\tGood experience of working and steering through financial tools (eg. Investment Request (IR), P&L)
•\tRetail country experience
•\tMulticultural experience\n

\n YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n

\n •\tLead the definition of the commercial brief for the establishment of new customer meeting point together with the support of the Country Commercial Team.
•\tBe in the key position to lead, coach and drive the team to clarify, navigate the country organization on CMP projects in order to understand the way to work with process and OD (what is OD?) with IKEA culture and values as the foundation.
•\tBe the key contact window of Expansion Commercial Team, keep closely working on checkpoints and handover the planned solution.
•\tValidate the new solution before execution to ensure an effective and efficient establishment.
•\tSupport establishment Team to manage time, cost, scope and quality of the new solutions, including how to organize and work in a simple, lean and cost-efficient way.
•\tManage communication by planning and distributing relevant information and learnings to the different stakeholders within the Ingka organization.
•\tIdentify, mitigate, monitor and control risks.
•\tEvaluate and ensure the solution delivered corresponding to the commercial brief.
•\tLead the process to evaluate the potential improvement needed to reach the ambition describing in the business case, with the support of market area managers and country commercial team.
•\tBe aware of the best practice with IKEA internationally and up to speed with the retail trend in China market.
•\tTake the lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered..
•\tLead positive change, and contribute to building a more unique, inclusive and accessible IKEA - guided by the People and Planet Positive commitments.
