•Leads, coaches and develops a teamof leasing co-workersby creatingand implementing a structured information flow within the team to achieve team alignment in the category specific topics. •Responsible to developand secure lease competence within the team to ensure high level of support is delivered for the MPs•Actively cooperates and communicates with Meeting Place Managerson defining key account developments and intended portfolio dealsaccording to the MP strategy; responsible to lead strategic negotiations withkey accounts to achieve MPsshort-term and long-term objectives •Analyses and identifies latest trends and deep business insight within key accountsand entrustedlease categoryto secure portfolio growth and ensure sustainableasset value growth of the MPs •Responsible to lease premises in existing and future projects in line with the offer defined by the MP, tenant mix, customer and market needs to secure short-term and long-term asset development •Responsible to negotiate the most favourable conditions for the MP by preparing a clear feasibility study, negotiations strategy to achieve short-term and long-term MP objectives •Leadsand developsstrong and long-lasting partnerships with key players in the category, enlarging their presence in MPs and supporting their commercial performance •Proactively gathers and sharesknowledge on the specific category on most current trends, best-practices and lessons learnt with peers and relevant stakeholders in the MP•Develops expertise related to the new players, new business models and new trends in the market •Responsible to develop and bring new partners in the portfolio to positively impact the margins, diversify the portfolio, increase attractiveness to the partners to increase MP asset value
