Securing the successful sales of IKEA’s home insurance products in the region.
You do this by understanding the IKEA business, Home Insurance market, and national competition.
To plan, coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, including to codevelop the required marketing assets with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting all selling channels in their drive to sell their commitments, monitoring their results and following up on deviations in order to improve poor performance.
Ensuring the agreed promotions are being implemented and follow up on results, improvements and keeping stakeholders up to date.
Actively sell and promote home insurance in the IKEA stores.
Travel will be required as permitted between Singapore and Malaysia and any new additional markets in the region.
This is a temporary 12 months assignment.
Experienced in sales techniques, both digitally and face to face. Ideally also a consumer-focused mind that can bring in new perspectives. Sales or marketing experience from insurance industry is a plus.
Ideally you have a BCP (Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles) and PGI (Personal General Insurance) certification and experience in insurance marketing or insurance business development in Singapore and or Malaysia.
Strong organizational and communication skills and a strong drive to succeed and motivated by sales targets.
High engagement level, without losing track of the bigger picture - a team-player with entrepreneurial mindset.
Relationship builder within and outside the IKEA business.
A curious mind that brings the project forward with a solution-oriented mindset.
