Knowledge & Background: • Good coordination and management experience in retail fit-out, design or MEP work • >6 years experience of construction industry, preferably shopping malls • Good understanding of retailers needs and demands, both internationally and locally in China • Fluent in English and Mandarin both verbally as well as written • Experience from China, working in an international environment is a plus. • Degree Level or other relevant educational qualification

• Manage the coordination between internal and external organizations during operational phase. • Lead, manage and monitor the tenant coordination team members and other retail offer as required. • Monitor the tenant’s fit-out milestones in accordance with the leasing plan. • Conduct yourself in accordance with ICC policies & procedures. • Due care & attention to be given on the design & construction of tenants shop fronts. • Monitor the compliance & programme of the tenant fit-out, using the standardized procedures, specifications and manuals. • Manage and monitor the tenant related upgrade/reinstatement works. • Assist in shopping centre operational upgrade works • Be responsible to drive, develop and implement certain processes, manual, guideline in the functional area. • Be responsible as a team leader to guide and coach the team members to deliver the result. • Support the manager to define the tactics, implement the actions to achieve the functional goal. • Share leadership responsibility for co-workers’ engagement, development and team development 英格卡购物中心热招岗位
