This role will initially focus on the BOT project and lead the S2P enablement team and represent Procurement in BOT as S2P Enablement Project Manager. In the line organisation the role will belong to the Strategy & Process team within the Steering & Development organisation acting as a Process Developer.
Furthermore, we believe you have… • Excellent business knowledge and mindset • Knowledge of the procurement industry and market & global specific trends • Expert knowledge of the indirect S2P process with strong focus on supplier and content enablement • Leadership experience, either in form of project management or people leadership • Strong relationship management capability • Deep procurement knowledge • Strong knowledge of Ariba; Ariba Network, how to enable suppliers, the different types of Ariba Supplier accounts, Ariba Guided Buying and the catalogue functions in the system • At least 5 years of experience in similar role or other core procurement role • Fluent in English both written and spoken

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Lead the S2P enablement team connected to the Ariba roll-out and part of the Business Operations Transformation • In the line organisation, act as product owner and lead and develop the S2Pi (content) enablement capability at Ingka • Cross functional collaboration with other functions and teams involved in the S2Pi process to secure E2E process optimisation and achievement of common goals, • Close collaboration with the key stakeholders at Ingka Procurement securing the organisation works with content enablement according to best practise • Demonstrates willingness and contributes to change by taking necessary actions and adapt to new circumstances • Drive change management activities in Procurement and Ingka, securing excellent content availability and usage • Communicate in a straightforward and inclusive manner and listen actively to gain information
