Job description

** This is a Fixed-Term, one year assignment **

About the job

  • Reconcile and process ocean extra-costs and investigate all cases within agreed timeframe based on the global working methods
  • File all documentation for processed and disputes cases in secure location according to agreed file structure
  • Follow dispute process with transport service providers with timely follow up
  • Work in close cooperation with others in the supply chain; internally and externally
  • Monitor & Follow-up shipments to secure availability for our customers
  • Escalate to Delivery Planning Manager where needed

Qualifications

About you

  • Good knowledge in logistics, economics, business administration or relevant working experience
  • Capability of building effective and trustful relationships
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant tools and working methods in the Supply Chain
  • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical Skills
