For this role we believe you already have some experience in the field of digital marketing, online content creation, and working with website and e-commerce platforms.
You have strong visual skills for optimizing commercial messages in the right media, knowledge regarding the relation between written content and SEO and you are fluent in Finnish and English.
You are familiar with marketing creative and production processes and also with A/B testing and optimizing content based on data. In addition, you have knowledge about modern marketing technologies and marketing communication in retail.
You have good interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

In the role of Online Content Specialist, you are responsible for executing high quality and relevant content for the owned digital channels to improve search engine relevance, strengthen the IKEA brand as well as increase online visits, engagement and conversions.


Your daily tasks will include:

- Working closely on a daily basis with range, merchandising, SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and digital performance functions to secure cross-functional alignment in the wider E-commerce team
- Continuously optimizing the content, editorial process and efficiency, and contribute to the development with insights, recommendations and solutions in the area of content
- Leading the local A/B testing process together with Marketing Performance Leader
- Reviewing & editing content assets, creating pages and publishing in owned digital channels
- Measuring performance of content to optimize and improve KPIs
- Actively cooperating with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact
- Contributing to the integrated multichannel executions of the marketing team in order to contribute to the business goals
- Being an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the digital transformation of IKEA

In this role you will report to the Country Marketing Communications Manager.
