IT Solution Owner for Financial Portfolio Management

You a have a preferably 2 years of similar experience within financial industry covering the full application and service life-cycle management from business analysis, project scoping, project management, development and running of best in class financial portfolio management solution. You are a good listener and have good analytical skills, with the ability to challenge and think in solution and holistic terms. It’s a plus if you have previous experience with business process mapping and information management and that you have worked with Project Management involving Change Management from a solution, process, organisation, people and information viewpoint. You have strong communication skills in English and an additional language.
You have knowledge in following areas:
? good understanding of financial instruments (Fixed Income, Equities and Funds) – preferably knowledge about financial portfolio management solutions
? in-depth understanding of the functional details of corporate treasury, financial portfolio management and how it is implemented
? some understanding of service management (ITIL) and application life-cycle management
? good understanding of Information Management and Master Data Management as well as related business impact and data privacy
? understanding of process management
? project management and related change management
? application development, release cycle and test planning
? reasonable understanding of logical access management (LAM, PAM) and segregation of duties (SoD)
? awareness of the IKEA Concept, Brand Identity and IKEA Culture & Values
As a person you act with high integrity on insider information and confidentiality aspects. You avoid conflicts of interest, prevent fraud and corruption and understand what to do in case of suspicion of one of them. You have the ability to work cross functional and build sound business relations in a multi-cultural environment and are capable to understand the treasury business in detail and apply strong analytical skills to identify best practise solutions.
You have the ability to analyse and steer the business changes and solution changes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The main aim for this role is to be responsible for ensuring that the key stakeholders and users of the solution have a relevant, user friendly and reliable solution that helps them achieve their business goals. A key focus area will be to support the development of the system solution for the financial asset management within Ingka Investments.
The Solution Owner works with business development, life cycle management and operations for the assigned business solution, having an end-to- end accountability.
You will:
? be accountable for solution delivery of the assigned solution(s) including business development, release management, life cycle management and the operation (run) of the solutions, business continuity and business support
? lead continuous improvement of the solution(s)
? lead supplier engagement for the assigned solution(s) with focus on the operational delivery
? responsible for creating and maintaining a solution roadmap and architecture
? responsible for solution compliance with rules and standards (e.g. information security, SoD, privilege access management…), legal/regulatory requirements
? fully understand and manage the solution specific, configuration, function, processes and information (ownership is ultimately with the business)
? responsible for the solution testing (plan and execution) and phased release management
? responsible for delivering solution training and material
? lead or anticipate in numerous projects and pre-studies
? identify and drive the ongoing operational improvements including the adaptation of best practise methods and providing 2nd line support
? own solution change management and release process
? close co-operation with Portfolio Managers and Investment Analysts
